Would it be possible when trying to put carts together that when you auto-select
you could have an option to exclude sellers who only accept PayPal. I do not
have PayPal and I am not interested in having it, so would prefer to be able
to select carts from sellers who accept bank transfer/debit cards instead. Many
thanks

Hi,

As a general rule, you can pay with PayPal without having a PayPal account.

BUT:

1. You don’t have the same protection as a buyer.

2. It seems it doesn’t work with Onsite on BrickLink
And you need Onsite if you buy from abroad because BL has to collect UK import
VAT for orders below £135.  (Stripe is also Onsite but there’s fewer sellers
who have a Stripe account.)

If it’s about privacy, well, PayPal already has your card number and can track
you the same way.

So there’s no advantage to not having a PayPal account.

(Nope, I don’t get money from PP (or anyone else) to say that )

If a (UK) seller has sets or parts you are interested in, then you can ask if
they will accept bank transfer. Many will. Of course you can do the same internationally,
but UK-UK bank transfer is much easier and free . Whereas if the seller expects
you to pay to do it internationally, you might as well use PayPal.
