I am trying to use "My Collection". I have sets that are not opened.
I do plan on building these sets. How do you change the description from "Unopened"
to "Used Complete"? Do I just delete the item and add it in again? Any
help is appreciated.

That's one way to do it. I don't see an option to change the condition
in the My Collection page, so I don't think you can edit it directly.
If you have a lot of sets to change, you may want to consider exporting your
collecting as as XML file and using BrickStore or even a find and replace search
to update the condition. You can then update your collection using the XML file.
