Pip on top suggests that they’re from 2010/11ish? The original round plates that
came on a sprue were pretty much the same round plates that appeared up until
2010, just using a different number. That would make these recent prototypes.

Pip on top suggests that they’re from 2010/11ish? The original round plates that
came on a sprue were pretty much the same round plates that appeared up until
2010, just using a different number. That would make these recent prototypes.

Sometime ago someone mentioned that this and bb0973 could be buttons from an
assembly piece, but nobody confirmed anything specific.
The relationship can be removed, other items marked for deletion usually get
the relationship removed.

The first thing we would need to see are some high-resolution images of them
to make sure they are legitimate parts and not custom modified. Next, we would
need more information about their origin or how they were obtained.

That, I can't provide. I bought a ton of bricks through BrickLink back in
2014 ( https://www.psorsite.com/fun/lego2014/ ), and I've bought a lot of
boxes of bricks from Goodwill in more recent years. Two house fires in 2018
and 2019 ensured that many of my bricks got mixed up. I just started this year
to re-inventory all my bricks to sell them to fund my wife's she-shed. I
found these four bb0517 plates just tonight.
