| I want to give my nephew a MOC for his birthday and the 2nd half for Christmas.
I have all the parts needed in my store. It will take forever to type in each
part and manually edit the amount. I also need to do this to see the remark on
where each part is located. I think giving my brother a coupon that would cover
the entire order is best since it would take the parts out of inventory and tell
me where they are at. Does that mess up the stats?
Anyone know of the best way to do this?
Thanks for your help.

It shouldn’t mess up the stats as they are still being “sold” at the listed price,
but then covered by a coupon.
You will be dinged the BL seller fee for it though.
You can always look for the parts by looking at the wanted list in your store.
You will see the remarks that way, but will still need to remove them from your
store manually.
If the BL fee isn’t an issue, the easiest way would be to send the MOC studio
file, or wanted list XML file, to your brother so he can create a wanted list
and then buy from your store.

1. Import your inventory to Brickstore.
2. Go to MOC in Rebrickable. Create a wanted list of it in Bricklink
3. Import that wanted list in Brickstore.
4. Copy values from document. Specifically add your remarks from inventory file
to the imported wanted list.
5. Sort wanted list by remarks column and pick the items.
6. Modify inventory to account for change.
