I have a number of sets I am trying to complete and have everything I need in
want lists. Is there a way to easily find stores with discounts in my country?

If you go to a want list, choose Buy All, you can filter so that only stores
from your country are shown. Then you can click Auto-select and it will calculate
the lowest prices according to your filter(s). It might not be the best deal
because of S&H charges or whatever, but it's a good start.
