Hi,
I have stopped getting new orders information to my email, so I get a surprise
when I look at my orders received page. My email address has not changed and
I am getting other emails, such as copies of messages I send in BrickLink.

I am experiencing problems - no emails
ISP is iinet and I use thunderbird on Windows 10

I'd make a habit of checking into your store daily , maybe a few times per
day to catch orders if you are not getting notifications. I also use Outlook
and have had no problems.

It's weird - the only emails I get from BL are from when a message within
bricklink is already started. Like if I send someone a message and they respond,
I get a notification email. Otherwise, I don't get notifications that I
have orders, or that they were paid, or when someone sends a message for the
first time within BL. I don't get copies of messages I send, nor do I get
the copy of the invoices that I send. I just have to log into bricklink a few
times a day as suggested here by others.

Same problem here.
Not receiving any e-mail notifications.
Not from places orders, not from received orders, no copy of received messages.

Did test if other e-mails work en have received e-mails from my personal hotmail
and g-mail and from my work e-mail. Also contacted my ISP but they don't
have any problems.
