| Hallo everybody,
can someone tell me if both Grievous capes are original or one is fake? Maybe
someone still has the originals in stock or knows, as with some other things,
that there were different productions. The right one also feels more like plastic
on the print side and not like a classic 522.

I've seen variations of colors in these capes, much like your photos. That
is not an issue.
But on your 2nd photo, the cape on the right feels more artificial, if I may
say so. And I've never seen any of these capes feeling more like plastic.
They've always felt 100% fabric.
Hard to say from the picture if it is legit or not and I would hate to deem counterfeit
a legit part. So I will pass the torch to better judgments.
Sorry I couldn't be of much help. I only have one sw0134 left now, and the
cape is more akin to the one on the left (2nd photo).

I've seen variations of colors in these capes, much like your photos. That
is not an issue.
But on your 2nd photo, the cape on the right feels more artificial, if I may
say so. And I've never seen any of these capes feeling more like plastic.

Hi,
I have checked my 2 New capes and both are dark gray(like the left one)...back
sides are reddish brown.

Hi,
I have checked my 2 New capes and both are dark gray(like the left one)...back

Hi Chris,
i have found now one offer at eBay from America. I think, this is the same like
my rightsize cape and I think the left one from my pic is original. Could it
be that the American version was different from the European one?

| I've had a few of those come through my store, both look correct in color
(aging poorly, sunlight exposure, dirt, etc). I can't speak for texture as
they have always felt like cloth.
