Is this for sure lego? I don’t see this colour anywhere? I think it’s trans-neon

If it doesn’t fluoresce, it’s probably a Lime part that didn’t receive enough
colorant.

I have a milky-sand-green brick somewhere too...

base-color ABS is milky white. But technic connectors usually use something different,
like polycarbonate, which can be clear.
