| For set could you add a note similar to the one in set
"Instructions did not come in the set package but only as separate sheet
in a magazine"
I believe I was the one who added the instructions to the catalog for the set.
Most foil pack sets don't have instructions in the catalog since they are
an integrated part of the magazine and not a separate sheet. As I recall, this
may have been because the set was a 'bonus' second set (a second time
around) in a later magazine, so the instructions were inserted as a loose sheet
in the magazine. In retrospect maybe it was a bad idea to add the instructions
to the catalog.
Alternatively to adding the note, maybe the instructions for the set should just
be removed to keep it consistent with the other 99% of the foil packs.

My first thought is that we should add the instruction (separate leaflet) as
part of the Magazine inventory. It should not be listed as an instruction of
the foil pack, when it's not inside the foilpack imo.
