Hi
I recently placed my first order on the website, to DDBricks.
My package was quickly said "packed", but there is no news for the past
4-5 days. I would imagine preparing the order can take a long time, I definitely
imagine it will take a long time between "shipped" and delivery from
Thailand to Europe, but when the package is done and closed, I don't really
know what can take time before being shipped.

Is there nothing to worry about? Can it be that it shipped but not arrived in
Europe yet? (doubt it)

Thanks

Seller Does Not Ship to My Country Store: Top Slot
Always difficult to tell, I’ve received orders that haven’t changed from paid
on the order and I’ve had orders marked shipped that clearly weren’t for some
days after.

Have you contacted the seller? Some sellers take a few days to ship the package
or to mark it as shipped. A good seller will let you know the status of the package.

I only sent them a tweet, because I don't want to be that guy "harassing"
the seller after a couple of days. But I'll definitely consider contacting,
thanks!

A single email or BrickLink message should be sufficient. Some sellers can take
a while to respond, though.

I've ordered from DDBricks many times and never had a problem. They are
one of the top 10 shops on the site in terms of sales volume so they may have
a backlog of orders to pull before yours. But they are a legit shop and one
of my go to stores.

Same, I won't worry with this shop.

On reading the store's Terms and Conditions, point 3a is applicable here:

3. Sales and delivery

a. While we endeavor our best to deliver goods as soon as possible and keep to
any delivery dates mentioned, we are not liable for failure to deliver within
the stated time as times and dates mentioned are estimates only.

You shouldn't worry too much about your order. They are a busy store with
many customers, please be patient while they prepare your order.

Please wait at least 7 days without the status being changed or updated before
filing a Non Shipping Seller alert, also known as NSS for short.

If the seller responds with messages through the BrickLink messaging system for
orders, they should appear on your order with DDBricks in your Orders Received.

If you haven't sent a message to them through the BrickLink messaging system,
BrickLink would be unable to see it, and wouldn't be able to verify you have
contacted them through BrickLink. Messages to and from the seller outside of
BrickLink can be copied and pasted into the response for the NSS, if you message
them and they respond outside of the BrickLink messaging system. It is recommended
to contact a member you have a problem with through the BrickLink messaging system
using the message icon on your order with them.

I sincerely hope that your order with them goes well, and is shipped soon! They
look like a genuinely good store to buy from!

Cheers ...
