Is it just me or does Trans-neon Green and Trans-yellow look identical in instruction
booklets? I can tell them apart irl but the printed version I’ve got no chance!

Which sets are you having difficulty with, specifically? I think that they look
different enough in instructions, and the two colours almost never appear together
in sets (or if they do, not for the same parts).

The one on the bottom of the parts list seems a tiny bit paler. And it seems
to be placed on the right.
I’d look at the BOM at the end of the instruction whether the difference is visible
too… unless there’s no other Trans-Yellow part to tell which group is which.

Worked it out from the inventory but those two look identical to me in the instructions,
they look a lot more different in real life!
