Hi everyone.

As a seller, I have one problem.
Could you please help me?  

I received an order from an Australian.
I have them packed and ready to ship.

At the top of the order it says:
"A VAT receipt, along with your customs invoice, should be included on your
parcel for efficient processing at the customs office. To view and print the
VAT receipt, click on the 【Download VAT receipt】 link below."

I can't print it because it doesn't show [Download VAT receipt].
What should I do in such a case?

I would appreciate it if you could enlighten me on this.

Is the payment for the order already done with Onsite?

You can check if the option to put the order in Shipped status appear.

Is the payment for the order already done with Onsite?

You can check if the option to put the order in Shipped status appear.

I have received the payment from the buyer.
I can also change the status to shipped.
Again, I still don't know what to do.

if I remember correctly, they also send an email copy with the VAT receipt so
you may have received one. perhaps double-check your emails

I believe there's a difference between Sales Tax (to USA states) and VAT
(to e.g. UK). When I sell something to UK, I get the download button. When I
sell something to USA, I don't. I have very few sales, but this is my understanding/thought.
Not sure if I'm correct, though.

You’re correct

Also, BL doesn’t collect VAT if the order is above €150 / £135, so there’s no
VAT receipt in this case either.  But I don’t know if the header about the receipt
is still there….
