Can anyone identify the three 2x2 bricks in the attached pictures. They do also
sit together like "Mine Creeper" style pattern.

Hi, I have had them for a few years and never found them before and still not.
They are printed on the brick but have never been able to identify them but clearly
Lego with the brand printed on every stud. Not sure if these need to be added
or how do you find out about custom prints. Thanks

Yep that's how its done.

Just a Google search for 'custom printed lego' gives plenty of hits.
