| I got a Lego lot from that really popular auction app, and what was in the picture
was 3 times more than what I received… top is what I have, bottom is what was
advertised. Second picture is noticeable missing items.

He insists to me that it just is spread out, and if I “spread it out as much
as I did, then you’ll see that it’s as much as in the picture.”

compare the weight also if it was sold with a weight listed.

It doesn’t even look like the same lot to me. Did the listing state “includes
everything as pictured” or have listed weight and stated “actual weight”? I’m
guessing the Seller uses a recycled photo on their listing OR sold the same listing
3x and sent everyone 1/3 of what was pictured. It’s a frustrating situation
nonetheless.

Super easy, just file a claim, they arent nice first.

You can write “Facebook” and “eBay.”
What’s forbidden is advertising for them and putting links to those sites.
(Saying there are scammers there is not advertising  )

Can you get more pictures? I'd like to see what that green and white part
that looks like a battery box is, and with the white decorated part to the left
of it that looks to be either a windshield or a quarter or half cylinder.
It'd be interesting if anyone can identify any of the odd shaped parts in
the image.

Thanks! I never saw any of the red part in the image. So either it was missing
or just wasn't visible.
Sometimes my perception of the scale of an item is a little off. No matter.

Did the seller state a weight for the LEGO being sold? If so compare the weight
of the postage versus the weight advertised. Generally the weight on the postage
will be accurate plus the box weight.
If the seller said 10 pounds of LEGO in the listing and the postage says 7 pounds,
you have your answer.
