I have sent an invoice for an order to a buyer. They have requested that I reduce
the price of a given item. Is it possible for me as the vendor to revise the
pricing after it has been invoiced?

you could add a credit to the order and resend the invoice

Can they do that if it's paid through PayPal Onsite?

I think not ...

they didn't say it was paid just that the invoice was sent. if it's paid
you can just send a refund but if it's just invoiced then you can apply a
credit and then resend the invoice.

Was it incorrectly priced? Possibly give them a credit on their next order? Was
it an expensive part?

You raise many questions, if it's just a small amount, just give them a credit
on their next order, or a coupon.

Cheers ...
