Anyone had the same problem or know what might be causing it please? (and hopefully

Were there any taxes or VAT applied to the order? Was the payment made Onsite?

Hi Jen,
Thanks for replying... I don't know how to check the onsite payment but there
was no tax - it was a UK-to-UK sale. The status has now set to 'shipped'
however it looks like the additional cost fields are still live because they
are not greyed-out. I don't think this is a problem though?

Thanks for replying... I don't know how to check the onsite payment but there
was no tax - it was a UK-to-UK sale. The status has now set to 'shipped'
however it looks like the additional cost fields are still live because they
are not greyed-out. I don't think this is a problem though?

By the sounds of it it just means it was paid offsite but since tax wasn’t involved
that’s fine. You should be able to edit the order to mark it as paid
