I've seen for that minifigure by approximately $4000. I don't know why
anyone would do that to themselves!

My bad, i happened t o be looking at the complete minifigure entry, not the minifigure
alone.
That is still a lot of money, at $ approximately $1,500.
My educated guess? No. One, it looks metallic gold, not chrome gold. (Yes, there's
a huge difference) Two, the hand clips seem to have friction bumps and I don't
know of ANY fig hands like that, and all pics of Mr. Gold don't have those.

Agree the head is not correct. The monocle is a different shape and the lower
line for the beard that would wrap under the chin and up both sides is completely
missing.
Not real. A quick image search shows that this one matches a lot of the fakes
out there. 1 giveaway seems to be the monocle chain. The real one actually
looks like a chain (bunch of small black circles). All the fakes seem to have
a thick black line.
