If the were, that would severely undercut the lowest Australian dollar price
I've seen for that minifigure by approximately $4000. I don't know why
anyone would do that to themselves!

My bad, i happened t o be looking at the complete minifigure entry, not the minifigure
alone.

That is still a lot of money, at $ approximately $1,500.

Hard to say.

If I look at the catalog image for the minifigure, it's a close match for
the color shown in the OP's image, wherever they sourced it from.

Caution abounds here, though: I would advise buyer beware, maybe someone painted
a fairly close match for this hard to get minifigure.

There is too much incentive to fake this figure (even using real Lego parts).
I personally would not risk it.

Agree the head is not correct. The monocle is a different shape and the lower
line for the beard that would wrap under the chin and up both sides is completely
missing.

Not real. A quick image search shows that this one matches a lot of the fakes
out there. 1 giveaway seems to be the monocle chain. The real one actually
looks like a chain (bunch of small black circles). All the fakes seem to have
a thick black line.
