| I made an order with a low, but good FB store as they had almost everything I
wanted. Instant checkout then no contact or change of status and no parts.
After making further contact, I reluctantly filed my first NSS and requested
a refund through PP.
The store is still open, the seller is now clocking up negative FB and his privileges
will no doubt be revoked.
My gut is that he has a problem outside of BL, and I feel bad for him if that's
the case.
Are there protocols in place to help members with such issues?

When it isn't deliberate, I think it is called MIA, not AWOL.
