We regularly experience issues with messages/mail sent through Bricklink. The
most common issue is that delivery of our copy of a message (eg an invoice) is
delayed. This delay can be an hour or so, but occassionally also half a day or
more. Sometimes we receive all of the delayed messages at once after many hours
and it also occurs that we receive duplicate messages.

Is there a known issue with the Bricklink mail server?
If not, what could be the cause of these issues?

BTW: we use outlook office365 and it doesn't seem to be an inbound issue
(like spam filtering). All of that is checked already.

Kind regards,
Arno Fluitman

You're not alone; I have the same reoccurring issues with O365 and BrickLink.
BrickLink is the only incoming site affected, and nothing is blocked. And it's
specifically the invoices only; I get other notifications like received BrickLink
messages. Eventually they all show up at once several days after. It's been
bad the last week of it stopping and starting for several days at a time.

You're right - it's specifically the invoices!

I see no evidence in my O365 tenant that it is being blocked or quarantined.
I've seen this happen randomly during periods. But this time round it's
been nearly a week without any emails.

It's be talked about a DKIM / DMARC / SPF issue from BrickLink...

I don't know if they've fixed it.

Until then, the e-mail may not arrive, it doesn't go into SPAM, it's
simply rejected by the mail server.

I have the same issue but it extends to all emails generated by bl. Invoices,
but also order and payment notifications and messages. Sometimes I'll randomly
get one of those emails but 99% of the time I get nothing.
And it's not going to my spam folder either
