Another member pointed this out just a few hours ago. I forgot about this part’s
render. LEGO definitely intended for this part to look like 300.
Wow there is a lot of streaking in that part. Looking at the Brickset image for
this part there are several lines of either reddish brown or black pigment running
through this helmet. I don't know what the variation of streaking is from
or whether it's in just the part Brickset happened to use for the photo but
it's definitely worth checking other parts in this color to see if it's
across the entire set of manufactured parts.
I've never seen streaking running through a part quite like that, molding
such a complex part one would think it doesn't flow that way. Possibly there
was some grating effect from some light source? Either way, worth mentioning
and following up to the appropriate person on whichever site has the incorrect
image, if it is just a lighting effect.
