I don't own 6559 but I own the other set that this figure came in, 6558.
The current inventory is correct for set 6558 so if set 6559 has a different
torso a new minifigure should be added to the catalog.

You are correct. Here are images from a sealed set being opened that show all
of the torso and head assemblies included in the set.
However, minifigure div005 _is_ in another set (6558-1), so we cannot change
the minifigure inventory for one just to make the other one wrong. We are going
to need a new minifigure entry to correct this issue.

Ok, ignore my text. I see that it cannot be split on this picture because part
of the pattern is visible. If you are comfortable with me taking a picture with
a black torso (the dolphin logo would be invisible), I can get that pretty quickly.
Otherwise, it looks like I can get the torso fairly easily.
