No - not likely as it's on the wrong brick.

My guess is this sticker sheet:

B250stk01

From Idea book 250.

no - not likely, as Sticker Books do not come with bricks....

it's a torn in half sticker.. 5 year old Johnny stuck it where it fit, on
the red brick he used to .. *cough* repair, his blue car in the .... (wait for
it..)

Well as a seller/buyer managing old collectibles you need to investigate better
to make the right conclusions.

Set 1966 were sold in limited markets and wasn't sold in North America at
all to my knowledge. TS is located in Canada...

Idea Book 250 was indeed sold in North America and the book has a sticker as
pictured. The probability that someone would put - the only sticker that exists
in set 1966 - to the wrong brick is very small - even if build by a kid.

So my bet is still on the idea book!

Missed another one: The pictured brick 2 x 3 in red color doesn't exists
in set 1966...

good thing Lego sets & Gear are not sold abroad.. i mean imagine the chaos that
would ensue if someone from Norway could acquire a set only sold in Nigeria during
the 1980's...people would create websites dedicated to it .. & ... oh wait..

i am fairly sure no one actually cares about a half of a sticker stuck to a random
brick.
the torn in half sticker could be from either set, the brick is random, & still
.. sticker books do not come with bricks....
