No, the problem is the usual one: they don’t offer Onsite payment, so BrickLink
can’t collect taxes.
They do seem to have Onsite set-up but it’s not attached to a shipping method.

There’s no “no-tax(es).” It’s always “taxes” (obviously!).

Or rather, when there’s no taxes, it’s (obviously too!) always double-plus-
and (because it’s obvious) not shown on the diagram.
