I bought a sticker sheet for my Tantive IV 10019 from Millere's Spares for
$125. Their inventory count has never changed. How can I tell I didn't
get scammed? Is there a good way to prove a sticker sheet is authentic?

I highly doubt you were scammed by Millere's Spares. They are a long-time
member of this site and a well-respected part of the community here. Just because
a seller does not list all of their stock at once does not make them a scammer.
