I received an order last night right around the time of Bricklink's maintenance
according to Paypal. Paypal is showing payment received but no order is posting
on Bricklink.

Did you receive an email copy of the order?

Orders submitted close to maintenance times may go missing for reasons known
only to the server admins.

If you have an email it will have the order number in it, and someone can track
down that order for you and restore it.

If not, I suggest you refund or reject the payment you received.
