New design 5380 found. I think there are no differences with
 
Part No: 15449 Name: Duplo Hook with Thick Bracing

Parts: DUPLO {Black}
but I can't compare, for I don't have a 15449.

5380 weight is 3.75 gram, size about 6.55 x 2.2 x 2.0 cm
If size of 15449 is the same (weight says 3.6 gram) 5380 can be added as Alternate
No imo

I'm not that good in photograph black parts.
