Is this just like what we experience with Pearl Gold and is normal or maybe
a pretty good fake. I am only seeing this with small parts like
Part ID: 22388 , 3023. I am still seeing the Lego logo on 3023.

the transparent colours especially have had quite noticeable shifts in colours
over the years but are still made by lego

Trans-Light Blue has a ton of different variants. Some of these variants look
greener than the average TLB part.

The LEGO Group is not distinguishing between the two color variants. There was
a forum thread on this very subject, and concerning changes to several colors
BrickLink differentiates, but that TLG does not.
The bottom ones may be the newer (2018+) MABS plastic, after the switch from
PC.
They're both from two 71741's which was released in 2021.
LEGO has stocks and uses them.
For instance, it took them a couple years to change from Ligth/Dark Gray to Light/Dark
Bluish Gray.
Fortunately (somehow), those packs must be made just when the parts are moulded,
so they are the same matter & colour. If the parts had been sent to storage
first, they would have been mixed.
You generally don’t get so lucky with mould variants. For instance, when the
BL inventory says Regular 10 of variant a / Alternate 10 of variant b, you can
actually end up with any combination of a & b (0+10, 1+9, …, 5+5, …, 9+1, 10+0).
