| Isn't the Cruella Da vil supposed to have the bb13717pb01 cape/collar piece?
Is this an incomplete minifigure? Just checking.

We are waiting for a new image for it. It unfortunately squeaked by QA with the
current one. 
When the inventory is completed, it will definitely have it in there.
