I'm sorting a mixed log with a lot of Mega Block and Tyco and have come across
a few of this part. I don't see any Lego markings and it doesn't connect
to anything. Just trying to figure out what system this might be a part of.

Not LEGO, that's for sure.

You might want to try the site which has an owl in it's name.

You definitely want to identify all the non-LEGO elements in whatever you're
sorting it in.
