| Hallo bin noch relativ neu hier bei Bricklink und daher auch meine frage warum
ich nix verkaufe und was ich vielleicht falsch mache ich biete knapp etwas über
6000 Lose steine an und auch paar Sets.
Bei denn Preisen habe ich den durchschnitt der letzten 6 Monaten genommen.
Für paar Tipps wäre ich echt dankbar

| For me personally the answer is easy: Your store doesn't ship to me. So extending
at least to all EU countries would help.
First thing you have to ask when opening a shop is: why should a potential buyer
choose my shop and not any other?
About 800 lots in the inventory might be a lot (!) of work when starting from
scratch but it is not very much compared to other shops.
To be successful with a small shop you have to consider in particular:
1) Price: most sellers orient on average prices and many of them have a larger
assortment or other benefits. To compete with them your prices must be significantly
below average.
2) Rare parts: if you have not only common items but also rare parts to offer
your shop is more likely be chosen.
Minimum buy limit and shipping costs seam reasonable to me.
The amount of additional charges (Paypal) should be described more in detail.

Ein Punkt ist auf jeden Fall: Du brauchst mehr Angebot - wenn Du hier hingehst:

siehst Du, dass Du nicht unter den groessten 1000 Shops in Deutschland bist,
das heisst, wer eine etwas laengere Wunschliste hat, wird wahrscheinlich nicht
bei Dir landen.
Eine Alternative zu einfach nur mehr waere eine Auswahl an Spezialteilen, die
es in nicht vielen Shops gibt. Minifigs bieten sich da an, oder seltene Sets.
Wer so etwas sucht und bei Dir findet, nimmt vielleicht noch andere Steine mit.
Und dann ins Ausland verkaufen - solange Du nur wenig Verkaeufe hast und die
Summe nicht erreichst, wo Du ein Gewerbe anmelden musst und Dich mit Steuern
und so herumschlagen, kannst Du ohne Probleme zumindest in die ganze EU liefern,
solang Du die jeweiligen Versandgebuehren richtig einplanst (Ratschlag ohne Gewaehr,
ich bin kein Jurist  ).
Aber vor allem: Mehr Angebot im Shop.
