Hi all, on an overseas order top of the order page it says "An order receipt,
along with your customs invoice shold be included" seems to be 2 items order
receipt/customs invoice. I have printed the VAT receipt... is this an order receipt
and a customs invoice all in one? if not what is an order receipt... and what
is a customs invoice? Is it just odd wording or am I missing something! thanks
in advance for any help

Hi,

I don’t know much about the two receipts/invoices, which is which or if one is
enough (though I doubt it) but the most important thing when you send to EU is
that the IOSS be communicated electronically.

The papers are necessary but are rarely read (random checks or if something
is suspicious).  Customs and postal services only care about what’s on the computer
screen: no IOSS = double-VATed.

So, put your invoice, BL’s VAT invoice, and the CN-22, that should be enough
papers, but be sure the IOSS is sent electronically.

Thanks SylvainLS, I understand the IOSS, yes it is added electronicaly that's
all ok. I
also understand the CN22 now. I just find the wording at the top of the order
page a little confusing, if it just said print and include the VAT receipt in
an envelope maked "customs"...FINE, but it says "order receipt &
customs invoice" but I print off a VAT receipt which is neither an order
receipt or a customs invoice... maybee we just can't decide what to call
it to confuse us dumbo... thanks again for your help
