I want to add dimensions to som instruction booklets.

On the https://www.bricklink.com/catalogAdd.asp page instructions are not an
option. Which leads me believe that "Part" - https://www.bricklink.com/catalogReq.asp?itemType=P
is the option to use. In that case, what "Item No" should I use?

https://www.bricklink.com/catalogReq.asp?itemType=S

The option to change instruction dimensions is hidden behind the 'Change
set' option.
