if its inventory we get it back but the point is technically its supposed to
be done already but its just more paperwork until its sorted out

Yessir. If you held off submitting for Q4 2022, you can apply those in Q1 2023
for end of month (or a future remittance if you already filed).
Whenever they've updated the previous invoices, you'll be able to redownload
them to show the # on the old invoices as well for your files.
