I recently placed an order of a lot of grey wheels and they haven’t shipped.
The order was placed April 2nd. But they haven’t shipped and the seller has yet
to respond to my messages on brick link or via email. I know if a buyer doesn’t
pay within a certain time frame then they cancel the order, so I’m wondering
is there a version of that on the buyer end and can I get a refund and order
from a different store?

After 7 days you can file an NSS. Go into your order details. At the top right
side you can see a link for "Report Problem". Click it and it will take
you to the page where you can file an NSS or contact the seller.
