If you are trying to submit changes to the items in an order, you would
fill out the Order Item Removal Request at the link you provided. You need to
enter the Order ID to proceed.
If you are trying to submit changes to the charges for an order like shipping,
you would change them in the fields of you Orders Received page or by using the
Edit Order link found at the bottom of the Order Detail page.
If your order has already been Paid, I do not believe you can edit the items
or the charges.
