| Hello, how it is possible to refund some buyer that paid by IBAN? We did issue
a refund by the way we always do but it seems it only work with Paypal or Stripe
payments, we really dont know how to send the refund to the buyer since its the
first time for us. Thanks.

Since IBAN is offsite, there's no refund through BrickLink like there is
with PayPal or Stripe; i.e., you'll have to send another IBAN payment to
the buyer in the same amount.
I've never used IBAN before, but from what I understand, you may need to
request information from the buyer in order to send them money.

On my bank extract I can see the bank details of the buyer. So I can pay him
back money.

Warning, as already said:
* In many other Countries and/or bank (like here at my place), you do NOT have
this IBAN information available.
* You should NEVER send SEPA money back without consent and agreement. As you
can't cancel an IBAN/SEPA transfer (apart rare cases justice/police, etc),
if the buyer doesn't want you to send money back on this account, it's
your responsability (and then YOUR problem).
