| I received a message from someone saying they have approx. £80 worth of figures
in their basket but don't have PayPal and can they pay via IBAN. I've
not taken payment this way before but understand that it can be done. I have
my IBAN number and told them to go to their cart and request an invoice, thinking
I can send them the IBAN details that way. However they say there's no option
to request an invoice....is this an option I need to turn on? I've had a
quick look in the payment details and can't see how to turn anything like
IBAN payments on. Anyone know what I need to do???
Thanks in advance!

In your shipping settings, create a new shipping method and set the invoicing
to manual. The buyer should then be able to request an invoice when they check
out: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/shipping.page
You may also want to add IBAN as an offsite payment method in your store. You
can do that in your payment settings: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/shipping.page
Since you registered within the past few years, you may need to contact the help
desk in order to add offsite payment methods.
Hope that helps.

Where does the buyer come from? If he comes from the EU, it is not possible to
pay by IBAN. You need an online payment option so that BL can calculate and collect
the import tax.

We are both in the UK, so not EU!

You need another payment option - manual invoice. You only have PayPal (onsite)
currently.
