Hello. I'm from Poland, successfully got a few foreign orders.
I have made one order at Australian shop 2-3 weeks ago. I have got manual invoice
and paid via PayPal onsite. I also got tracking number by eMail from Australian
post, but at the order's page on Bricklink it is missing.
Today I got the message that the order was delivered to somewhere in Melbourne
and left in safe place.
I have written to the seller at Bricklink and send email, but he has poor comminucation
so I'm ready to be ignored. In this case what should I do firstly after waiting
a couple of days - start NSS or leave negative feedback?

If you don't hear back from the seller that they sent you the wrong tracking
information in 3-5 days I would open the NSS. Leaving negative feedback will
just get you negative in return and doesn't solve the issue. Once the NSS
is started, the seller then has to respond to the issue. You can also try a Paypal
case for non delivery and explain that the tracking shows delivery to Australia
and not Poland. I hope it works out for you .

Start the NSS. You have months to leave negative feedback or start a PayPal claim.

Thank you both. I will start NSS if the seller doesn't answer soon

After opening NSS the seller contacted with me. The first tracking number was
wrong and he gave correct tracking number. I checked it and removed NSS status.
