Do you think they could have made the Minifig categories classifications more
confusing for

Town : Town-City : Town-Classic Town : Classic Town : etc ?!?

All with very similar minifigs and parts that are generic across all of these
categories. It seems as though it was actually intended to be inherently confusing
to try to classify which Minifig goes into which proper category.

They are classified according to the classification of the set they are in.

They are classified according to the classification of the set they are in.
