just stumbled over these two:
 
Part No: 973p70c02 Name: Torso Bomber Jacket and Black T-Shirt Pattern / Reddish Brown Arms / Yellow Hands

Parts: Minifigure, Torso Assembly, Decor.
 
Part No: 973p70c01 Name: Torso Bomber Jacket and Black T-Shirt Pattern / Brown Arms / Yellow Hands
* 		973p70c01 (Inv) Torso Bomber Jacket and Black T-Shirt Pattern / Brown Arms / Yellow Hands
Parts: Minifigure, Torso Assembly, Decor.

Both are in the catalogue in Brown and Reddish Brown, though neither the brown
one with reddish brown arms, nor the reddish brown one with brown arms, actually
exist in sets (obviously). I suspect they should be consolidated?

The first torso was only released in reddish brown, the second torso only in
brown. Since they have different arm colors (reddish brown/brown), the different
entries are correct. and will not be changed or merged in any way.

It may be just me an my monitor, but the pictures look like they could use some
color correction. The brown version looks reddish brown to me.

They appear to be "in the catalog" in incorrect colors only because people
have listed them incorrectly. In the sets they are correct. But as long as
someone is listing the reddish brown one and brown and the brown one as reddish
brown in their stores, they'll appear that way.
