| Does anyone have a spare 1x2 plate in Sky Blue?
This part rarely pops up for sale and it's almost always Medium Azure instead
of Sky Blue, It came as an alternate part in 5961 Snow Queen, so it's rather
uncommon.
I've asked all the 5961 sellers already and have been keeping my eye on the
part for a year now with no luck, so if anyone has this part, or the set in the
Sky Blue varient, please let me know!
for comparison...

I've seen on three different occasions that the Sky Blue version of this
set only has Aqua 1x2 plates...
I'm starting to wonder if this part actually ever came in this set.

Some of these 2005 Belville sets are weird.
This part has never been seen in set 5962, but the manual suggests
that it was supposed to appear in an early production run of this set. My guess
is that most of these alternate parts were sold in bags as extras from LEGO events.
If not from these sets, where else would they come from? I believe I’ve seen
one or two listings online with Sky Blue parts. It must be very rare.
