Just looking at this guy's MOC and like these way he's created that bridge
of blocks that curves back from the cockpit.

I'm a bit dim so can't see how he's done it.

Anyone know the peices required to replicate the effect?

Cheers guys.

Nah, the white parts are just

Looks like one of these on the sides:

Part No: 35787 Name: Tile, Modified 2 x 2 Triangular
*
35787 Tile, Modified 2 x 2 Triangular
Parts: Tile, Modified {White}
With one of these on top:

Part No: 15068  Name: Slope, Curved 2 x 2 x 2/3
*
15068 Slope, Curved 2 x 2 x 2/3
Parts: Slope, Curved {White}
Can't see the inner-workings though, so I have no clue how they're attached
inside (though I can think of several ways of doing so using various hinges)...

Could be anything from a series of hinges to bent flex tubing. Can you ask the
original builder?

I came up with something close but rather complicated. Tops are as suggested
earlier. Technic pin connectors need to be staggered in height and position
to get the plates close enough and give the round back look.

Thanks for the challenge!

A major thanks to everyone who gave me some ideas - very much appreciated.

I did try to contact the builder via his flikr account but no joy

I shall try a few of the ideas out and see what I get.

Many thanks again

Joe.
