| Curious on how everyone deals with buyers that want to cancel after paying for
an order?

Totally depends on the reason. I once had a cancellation after payment because
the buyer didn't read the note stating it was an open box. So I refunded
him and he left positive feedback for customer service.
If its because they found it cheaper or something wishy washy I'd hold them
to their order.

Hang them?
I mean, what do you wish?
I'd first contact them and talk to understand.
If no info, refund them, cancel the order, ban them - or NPB.
Don't forget, sometimes and everyone make mistakes?

I don't recommend that because they may still want to order Lego on Bricklink.

As long as it hasn't shipped, I refund, put the payment to None and cancel.
Honestly, life is too short to worry about these - just move on and if you don't
like the reason, you can block them.
