- minimum 21 days since order
- size of order or cost/number of missing parts
- date of order (around holidays etc).
- country of order and your location (are you really remote and/or hard to find
- strikes, bad weather, natural disasters in and around seller/buyer area
- recent feedback given to seller
- lack of/poor response to at least two communications
Weigh up what might have gone wrong, together with store size and feedback.
You can file a NSS when at least 7 days have passed from the order submission
date (since the order was last submitted or updated).

- Where is the seller located
- When did you order
- How many pieces/lots
- what's their feedback look like
- etc etc.
