| We were just trying to pull orders and our store was suspended.
Any idea?

Use the BL HelpDesk Portal for [somewhat] fast response (under 72 hours if you
are lucky).

Meanwhile, read thru your splash page and terms pages to be sure there is not
anything mentioned that might be against the BL or Paypal Terms of Service or
rules. For example, merchants in the USA are NOT permitted to charge any Fee
for using Paypal, but you can call it a fee for something else such as shipping
supplies. You may have some old text that is long forgotten, but somebody else
may have found it.
