I do not really understand this:
New. No scratches or bitemarks. Good condition.
That should be obvious, specially the bitemarks.
I seldom see them when I take minifigs from a sealed box.
So is it new or used but in very good condition?

With sellers that add comments like that, and also say some are brand new, I
would assume any listed as new are used/displayed, unless they state brand new
in the comments.

| This might not be the case for this seller, but a general comment that I think
a lot of newer sellers also don’t understand that you can’t sell a previously
displayed figure as new. Even if you bought it and immediately placed it in a
dust free case in a room with no windows. This is still by definition a used
figure.
