| This does not happen to often but we were getting 2-3 orders a day and now we
have gone 5 days without a single order.
Not sure why but it is odd when it happens.
Day 6 I guess here we come.

weird since its quite the opposite here. best sales period I've had in a
very long time.

No I've taken 14 orders today so extra busy at my end but I guess we all
have unexpected lull of orders at some point!

| As a buyer, I would avoid a store with a lot limit of 5.
Especially with the additional avg. lot value ($1) and minimum buy ($5).
Just my $.02

Yup only 5. Been working well for over 2 years now. Thanks.
Still no orders this week.
Staff is spending the time sorting so we can do more uploads in March.
Have a good one. From the 'snarky' comments on some of the other responses
I am guessing that this is not a system problem but just a pause in sales.
It has happened before but this time it was odd. It did not slow down then stop.
We had a good number of sales for weeks before and it just stopped like we did
not pay some bill somewhere.
So I look forward to some more orders but if it does not happen so be it.

In 2023, my thoughts are, here anyway, the majority of orders are made using
wanted-lists.
I really can't see how a 5 lots limitation can bring you orders, apart a
few.
Or if you only sell HUGE quantities (100s/1000s) as a bulk store.
Otherwise, this simply can't work, IMHO.

It really depends what you are selling. If you sell a lot of minifigures, then
low lot quantity orders are fairly common. I fairly regularly deal with orders
with 2 or 3 minifigs only. If you sell more parts, then I can imagine 5 is very
restrictive.

Indeed, Rebrickable is better for this purpose. It's allowed on BrickLink
but I don't get many sales these days. In the past I actually made decent
money selling instructions on BrickLink.
The instructions are not for official TLG sets, but the pieces they use are all
genuine LEGO elements.
Now mustard on the other hand, very profitable but not allowed on BrickLink.
I was simply making fun of the OP. Their inventory is actually pretty decent,
but with a $1.00 average lot value, $5.00 minimum, and 5 lot limit, it's
a miracle they get any sales at all. And, on top of all of that, they have staff???

| For my purchases your store has a few issues that would make me look else where.
- Multiple lots for the same part and price are a negative.
- The above with a 1 dollar average lot is almost mean.
- You state this is a second low priority job for you.
I hope that those that do need your services can find you.

| Actually, I have the same. And also wounder, if it's system problem or just
people saving money after christmas. But January was usual, and Februar is completely
quite.
We see what will happen. But I really doubt that people can't find needed
stuff in my store with over 7200 lots.
