Was digging through older tub looking for something when I came across unopened
cardboard sleeve bearing number 6025311. Bricklink has listing for it

However Items Appears in was listed as N/A

I had to do a little bit of digging since 4 cloaks in one sleeve isn't common
and one of the cloak inside appeared in only one set

623 Parts, 6 Minifigures, 2012
Sets: The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings: The Hobbit

Logically the cardboard sleeve comes in only one set and the "Item Appears
in" should be updated to specify the set #79003-1

We do not add cardboard sleeves to set inventories, as they were merely added
to the catalog for informational purposes (although they can be bought and sold).

you will see that it states "This cardboard sleeve comes in set 79003."
