| I don’t think you can, as a new owner, just change the name of the store and
operate with the existing feedback score.
I believe that’s against the rules, admin will advise.
Hope it all gets sorted ok.

I can just change the name of the store, it does not say anywhere that this is
not allowed

Besides it is not allowed to buy and/or take over a shop since you need to make
the feedback yourself to prove others you are a good seller you also bought 10%
non positive feedback.
That isn’t a good score.
Also, did you buy the former owners inventory and can you be sure it is up to
(your) standards?
If you bought their inventory you need to check all parts of the sets for completeness,
condition, the same for loose parts, minifigs etc.
So besides not being allowed to take over a store it may well be a very bad idea
regarding inventory too.

But there is no need to do the work to counter that negative feedback. You can
start fresh. And indeed, you are required to. Your 83 score to a lot of people
will actually look good because they won't look any deeper. That's fraudulent.
You are misrepresenting yourself as someone who is fairly new, but has been
doing this for a while.

| Except that he's just lying about buying this store. He even posted on a
facebook group using the same personal facebook account as had been previously
used to promote this store before.
So I don't think he's breaking any rules here. He's just digging
himself a deeper hole.

| I’d come to that conclusion too, their style of posting messages appears to be
very similar to those made under the stores previous name, to me anyway.
Their willingness to take on the negatives in the feedback was somewhat strange.
