| Watch out for the store (Bricktown Wuppertal)
his listing was for series 24 NEW SEALED
I bought 30 of them and 11 other ones listed as COMPLETE but everything came
opened poured in to one big bag all mixed together
I should have read his feedback as he's got a lot of negative for this sort
of reason

| I would report the user here: https://www.bricklink.com/problemMember.asp?utm_content=subnav
and select "scam" as the reason. In my opinion, anyone selling used
that was marketed as new (or open marketed as sealed) is scamming buyers, damaging
the Bricklink reputation, and should be removed from the platform.

| I decided to check out his store and he's also given out over 50 retaliatory
negative feedbacks (including 3 to first time buyers) and driven multiple users
away from the Bricklink site. Seriously admins, can you not get rid of sellers
like this? They ruin the Bricklink rep.

Mixing even the 11 complete ones is already unacceptable. I guess you are talking
about collectable minifigs but there is still no lower limit to the size of sets
a seller should ship mixed.
Unpacking and mixing in sealed sets is just mind boggling.
In my opinion, you should get your money back (or settle on whatever price you
would consider reasonable for what you received), otherwise I would start an
NSS. What you received is not what was advertised. Sellers like this should be
weeded out.

I can understand accidentally listing opened but new CMFs as sealed, it is a
very easy mistake to make if the default set listing is new and sealed. I know
I've made that mistake in the past although it should be clear from the description
as I mention they are opened and in ziplock bags. I remember one slipping through
and getting purchased before I noticed it but I contacted the buyer to let them
know and they were fine with it.
But as fir mixing loads of figures together, that does seem a strange thing to
do. Having to sort through the heads especially can be a pain, even if you know
which group of figures they are from.
